Fire Damage to a Telluride Kitchen

Even an electric stove top can cause fire damage to a Telluride kitchen. The grease splattered, ignited, and spread to the curtains on the windows and the wall. Not visible is the sooty deposit on the ceiling. The owner utilized his insurance claim and opted to renovate the entire fire-damaged kitchen with our help. We isolated this room with plastic sheeting, and then performed a total demolition of cabinets, appliances, and building elements. The framing and exterior walls were sprayed with an antimicrobial spray as standard procedure. During the work, we set up several hydroxyl generators to alleviate the noxious odors caused by the greasy combustion. The homeowner was pleased with our work.
